When is the 2022 BBBSA National Conference?
The 2022 National Conference will take place June 19 - 22, 2022 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Pre-conference activities and trainings will take place on June 19th, and main conference will begin on June 20th.
When will registration open for the National Conference?
Registration is now open and will close June 1st.

Will there be a virtual component to the 2022 National Conference?
Yes, there will be a virtual conference experience for those unable to travel to Indianapolis for the National Conference. General Sessions and select in-person workshops will be streamed live to the virtual audience. There will also be virtual-only workshops available to virtual attendees. The full schedule of offerings and registration for the virtual experience will be available in May.
How much does it cost to attend?
Full Access Registration for BBBS agency staff and board members is $400.
Agencies that register 5 or more staff will receive a $25 discount on each registration. Staff must be registered as a group to receive the discount.
Standard Full Access Registration for external attendees (non BBBS staff, board, or partners) is $400.
The cost for the virtual conference experience is $150 for all registrants.

The BBBSA National Conference is open to Big Brothers Big Sisters agency leaders, staff, BBBS Board Members, volunteers, and BBBS partners.
Can I make changes to my session schedule after I've registered?
Yes. You can modify your registration by logging back into the registration website using your confirmation email. Please make sure to save your confirmation email when you first register. This email has your confirmation number and also a link to modify your registration.
Can I register and pay for more than one person at once?
Yes, the 2022 BBBSA National Conference registration system allows multiple attendees to be registered under one transaction. If you would like to register multiple staff from your agency at once, you will need to assign a group leader to register your staff. The group leader will need to follow these steps to register the group:
1. Begin by registering yourself.
2. On the Registration Summary page before payment, click the Add Another Registrant button at the bottom of the page.
3. Complete the information for the next registrant to be added to the group.
4. If you would like the next registrant to select their own sessions, skip the Sessions selection page for that registrant.
5. Repeat this process until every registrant has been added to the group.
6. Complete payment.
7. Once submitted, everyone in the group should receive their own confirmation email and will be able to log into the system themselves with their own confirmation number to select their own sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received in writing (via email) by May 30, 2022 are eligible for a 100% refund minus a cancellation administration fee of $100. Cancellations received after May 30, 2022 are not eligible for a refund.
If the National Conference transitions the 2022 in-person event to a virtual conference, then BBBSA will refund registrants $250 of the registration fee they paid for the in-person conference.
